If you need a meal plan that tells you exactly what to eat, what not to eat, and when to eat it, then this program is NOT for you.  In this program, we focus on small changes and improvements to what we already eat and enjoy.

Anyone, regardless of age, weight, health status, ready to apply and make small sustainable changes, one day at a time to make BIG results over time.  This program will require that you have an open mind, be willing to self reflect, and explore new ways of doing things.
