1 IP apple oatmeal packet
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 – 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup grated Chayote squash, squeeze out water
One egg yolk
1 ounce water
2 teaspoons grapeseed oil, optional ( can use water )
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Combine them together. Sprayed too muffin tins and divide the batter between them. Bake for 25 minutes at 350°. Remove and cool. Optional, glaze with ideal protein or Walden Farms maple syrup and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
