3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (45ml)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (30 ml)
2 tbsp lemon juice (30 ml)
1/2 tsp salt (3 ml)
1/4 tsp pepper (1 ml)

In glass baking dish or large Ziploc bag, whisk together oil, parsley, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper.  Add poultry, turning to coat.  Cover and marinate for 15 min.
